Privacy Policy
USMS (hereinafter "the Company") complies with the Personal Information Protection Act, the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, and other applicable laws, and has established and disclosed this Privacy Policy to protect users' personal information.
All users of the Nuudle platform (hereinafter "the Service") operated by the Company are deemed to have consented to this Policy.
Article 1 (Items and Methods of Personal Information Collection)
1. Items Collected
The Company collects only the following minimum personal information necessary to provide the Service.

Article 2 (Purpose of Processing Personal Information)
The Company processes collected personal information for the following purposes.
- Member management: Account registration and management, identity verification, prevention of fraudulent use, and various notifications
- Service provision: Operation of service features including community boards, map-based information, and chat
- Service improvement: Statistical analysis and quality improvement of the Service
- Customer support: Handling user inquiries and resolving disputes
Article 3 (Retention and Use Period of Personal Information)
The Company processes and retains personal information within the retention period required by law or within the period to which the user has consented.
1. Upon Membership Withdrawal
Personal information is destroyed immediately upon withdrawal. However, the following information is retained for the specified period.

Article 4 (Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties)
The Company does not, in principle, provide users' personal information to third parties. However, the following cases are exceptions.
- When the user has given prior consent
- When required by law, or when an investigative authority requests it in accordance with procedures and methods prescribed by law for investigative purposes
Article 5 (Outsourcing of Personal Information Processing)
The Company may outsource the processing of personal information for smooth service operation. In such cases, the Company enters into outsourcing contracts and supervises the contractors in accordance with applicable laws. Any change in the status of outsourcing will be disclosed through this Policy.
Currently, no personal information processing is outsourced for the Service operated by the Company.
Article 6 (Procedures and Methods for Destroying Personal Information)
The Company destroys personal information immediately when the retention period has expired or the purpose of processing has been achieved.
- Electronic files: Permanently deleted using methods that prevent recovery
- Paper documents: Shredded or incinerated
Article 7 (Rights of Users and Legal Representatives and How to Exercise Them)
Users may exercise the following rights at any time.
- Request to inspect personal information processing status
- Request to correct any errors
- Request to suspend processing or delete personal information
These rights may be exercised through the in-app account settings or via the customer support contact below. The Company will take action within the period prescribed by law.
Article 8 (Measures to Ensure the Security of Personal Information)
In accordance with Article 29 of the Personal Information Protection Act, the Company implements the following security measures.
- Administrative measures: Establishment and execution of internal management plans, minimization of personnel handling personal information, and staff training
- Technical measures: Encrypted storage and transmission of personal information, and operation of security systems to prevent hacking
- Physical measures: Access control to systems that process personal information
Article 9 (Use and Refusal of Cookies)
The Company may use cookies to improve service quality. Users may refuse to store cookies through their web browser settings; however, this may limit the use of certain services.
Article 10 (Personal Information Protection Officer)
The Company designates the following Personal Information Protection Officer to oversee personal information processing and to protect users' rights.

Users may report any personal information protection complaints arising from use of the Service to the contact above. The Company will provide prompt and sufficient responses to such reports.

Article 12 (Changes to the Privacy Policy)
This Policy may be added to, deleted, or amended in accordance with changes in law, policy, or the Service. Any changes will be announced through in-app notices at least 7 days in advance of the effective date. For material changes, notice will be provided 30 days in advance.
