이용약관
제1조 (목적)
본 약관은 NUUDEL(이하 "회사")이 제공하는 모바일 애플리케이션 및 관련 웹사이트(이하 "서비스")의 이용과 관련하여 회사와 이용자 간의 권리·의무 및 책임 사항을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.
제2조 (용어의 정의)
- "서비스"란 회사가 제공하는 커뮤니티, 중고거래, 알바, 부동산, 채팅, 장소 안내 등 NUUDEL 플랫폼의 모든 기능을 의미합니다.
- "이용자"란 본 약관에 동의하고 서비스를 이용하는 회원 및 비회원을 의미합니다.
- "회원"이란 회사에 개인정보를 제공하여 회원등록을 한 자로서, 회사의 서비스를 이용할 수 있는 자를 의미합니다.
- "게시물"이란 이용자가 서비스에 게시한 글, 사진, 동영상, 채팅 메시지 등 모든 형태의 콘텐츠를 의미합니다.
제3조 (약관의 효력 및 변경)
본 약관은 서비스 화면에 게시하거나 기타 방법으로 이용자에게 공지함으로써 효력이 발생합니다. 회사는 관련 법령을 위배하지 않는 범위에서 본 약관을 개정할 수 있으며, 변경 시 최소 7일 전(이용자에게 불리한 변경인 경우 30일 전)에 공지합니다. 이용자가 변경된 약관에 동의하지 않을 경우 회원 탈퇴를 통해 이용 계약을 해지할 수 있습니다.
제4조 (회원가입)
- 이용자는 회사가 정한 양식에 따라 정보를 기입한 후 본 약관 및 개인정보처리방침에 동의함으로써 회원가입을 신청합니다.
- 회사는 다음의 경우 가입 신청을 승낙하지 않거나 사후에 이용계약을 해지할 수 있습니다.
- 타인의 정보를 도용하여 신청한 경우
- 허위 정보를 기재하거나 회사가 요구하는 사항을 기재하지 않은 경우
- 만 14세 미만 아동이 신청한 경우
- 기타 본 약관에 위배되거나 위법·부당한 신청임이 확인된 경우
제5조 (서비스의 제공 및 변경)
회사는 다음과 같은 서비스를 제공합니다.
- 커뮤니티 게시판 및 댓글 기능
- 중고거래(마켓), 구인구직(알바), 부동산 정보 제공
- 실시간 채팅 및 푸시 알림
- 장소 및 지도 정보 안내
- 기타 회사가 추가 개발하거나 제휴를 통해 제공하는 일체의 서비스
회사는 운영상·기술상의 필요에 따라 서비스의 전부 또는 일부를 변경할 수 있으며, 중요한 변경 사항은 사전에 공지합니다.
제6조 (서비스 이용시간)
서비스는 연중무휴, 1일 24시간 제공함을 원칙으로 합니다. 다만, 시스템 점검, 장애, 정전, 기타 불가항력적 사유가 발생한 경우 일시 중단될 수 있습니다.
제7조 (회원의 의무)
회원은 다음 행위를 하여서는 안 됩니다.
- 타인의 정보 도용 및 허위 정보 등록
- 회사 및 제3자의 저작권 등 지적재산권 침해
- 음란물, 폭력적 콘텐츠, 차별·혐오 표현, 스팸, 도배 등 부적절한 게시물 등록
- 사기, 다단계, 불법 거래 등 법령에 위반되는 행위
- 서비스 운영을 방해하는 일체의 행위
- 해킹, 악성코드 배포, 자동화된 접근(크롤링·봇 등)을 통한 비정상 이용
제8조 (게시물의 관리)
- 게시물의 저작권은 작성자 본인에게 귀속됩니다. 다만, 회사는 서비스 운영, 전시, 홍보 등을 위해 게시물을 무상으로 사용할 수 있습니다.
- 회사는 다음 게시물을 사전 통지 없이 삭제하거나 비공개 처리할 수 있습니다.
- 본 약관 제7조에 위배되는 게시물
- 타인의 신고에 의해 위반 사항이 확인된 게시물
- 법령 또는 공공질서·미풍양속에 반하는 게시물
- 이용자는 본인의 게시물에 대한 책임을 지며, 이로 인해 발생하는 분쟁의 일차적 책임은 게시자에게 있습니다.
제9조 (거래 관련 책임)
회사는 중고거래, 알바, 부동산 등 이용자 간 거래의 중개 플랫폼을 제공할 뿐이며, 거래 당사자가 아닙니다. 거래에 관한 책임은 거래 당사자에게 있으며, 회사는 이로 인해 발생한 손해에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다. 단, 회사의 고의 또는 중대한 과실이 있는 경우는 예외로 합니다.
제10조 (회원 탈퇴 및 자격 상실)
회원은 언제든지 앱 내 설정 메뉴를 통해 회원 탈퇴를 요청할 수 있습니다. 회사는 회원이 본 약관을 위반하거나 서비스 운영을 방해한 경우 사전 통지 없이 회원 자격을 정지하거나 박탈할 수 있습니다.
제11조 (책임의 제한)
회사는 천재지변, 전쟁, 통신 장애 등 불가항력으로 인한 서비스 중단에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다. 또한 이용자의 귀책 사유로 인한 서비스 이용 장애나 손해에 대해서도 책임을 지지 않습니다.
제12조 (분쟁 해결 및 준거법)
회사와 이용자 간 발생한 분쟁은 대한민국 법령을 준거법으로 하며, 분쟁에 관한 소송은 회사의 본점 소재지를 관할하는 법원을 합의관할 법원으로 합니다.

Terms of Service
Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between NUUDEL ("Company", "we", "us") and users in connection with the NUUDEL mobile application and related websites (the "Service").
Article 2 (Definitions)
- "Service" means all features of the NUUDEL platform provided by the Company, including community, marketplace, jobs, housing, chat, and place guides.
- "User" means any person who accesses the Service, whether as a member or non-member, in accordance with these Terms.
- "Member" means a person who has registered an account by providing personal information to the Company and is entitled to use the Service.
- "Content" means any text, photo, video, chat message, or other material posted to the Service by a user.
Article 3 (Effect and Changes to the Terms)
These Terms take effect when they are posted on the Service or otherwise made available to users. We may amend these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law and will provide notice at least 7 days in advance (30 days for changes that materially affect user rights). If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you may terminate your account by withdrawing membership.
Article 4 (Account Registration)
- Users register by submitting the required information and agreeing to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
- We may refuse or terminate registration in the following cases:
- The applicant uses another person's information without authorization.
- The applicant provides false information or fails to provide required information.
- The applicant is under 14 years of age.
- The application otherwise violates these Terms or applicable law.
Article 5 (Provision and Modification of Service)
We provide the following Services:
- Community boards and commenting
- Marketplace, job listings, and housing information
- Realtime chat and push notifications
- Place and map guides
- Any additional services we develop or provide through partnerships
We may modify all or part of the Service for operational or technical reasons. Material changes will be announced in advance.
Article 6 (Service Hours)
The Service is, in principle, available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. However, the Service may be temporarily suspended due to maintenance, system failures, power outages, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
Article 7 (User Obligations)
Users must not engage in any of the following:
- Misappropriating another person's information or registering false information
- Infringing the intellectual property rights of the Company or third parties
- Posting obscene, violent, discriminatory, hateful, spam, or otherwise inappropriate content
- Fraud, pyramid schemes, illegal transactions, or any activity that violates the law
- Any conduct that disrupts the operation of the Service
- Hacking, distributing malware, or accessing the Service through automated means (crawlers, bots, etc.)
Article 8 (Management of Content)
- The author retains copyright in their Content. However, the Company may use Content free of charge for operating, displaying, and promoting the Service.
- The Company may delete or hide Content without prior notice in the following cases:
- Content that violates Article 7 of these Terms
- Content confirmed to be in violation through reports from other users
- Content that violates applicable law or public order and morals
- Users are responsible for their own Content and bear primary responsibility for any disputes arising from it.
Article 9 (Transactions Between Users)
The Company provides a platform for transactions between users (such as marketplace, jobs, and housing) but is not a party to any transaction. Responsibility for transactions lies with the parties involved, and the Company is not liable for damages arising from such transactions, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence by the Company.
Article 10 (Withdrawal and Termination)
Users may withdraw membership at any time through the in-app settings. The Company may suspend or terminate a member's account without prior notice if the member violates these Terms or disrupts the operation of the Service.
Article 11 (Limitation of Liability)
The Company is not liable for any disruption of the Service caused by force majeure events, including natural disasters, war, or telecommunication failures. The Company is also not liable for service issues or damages caused by the user's own actions or omissions.
Article 12 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any dispute between the Company and a user shall be submitted to the court having jurisdiction over the Company's principal place of business.
