NUUDEL(이하 "회사")은 이용자의 개인정보를 매우 중요하게 생각하며, 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령을 준수하기 위해 노력하고 있습니다. 본 개인정보처리방침은 회사가 제공하는 NUUDEL 서비스(모바일 앱 및 관련 웹사이트, 이하 "서비스")의 이용과 관련하여 수집되는 개인정보의 처리에 관한 사항을 안내합니다.
1. 수집하는 개인정보 항목
회사는 회원가입, 서비스 제공, 고객 문의 응대 등을 위해 아래와 같은 개인정보를 수집합니다.

3. 개인정보의 보유 및 이용 기간
원칙적으로 개인정보의 수집·이용 목적이 달성된 후에는 해당 정보를 지체 없이 파기합니다. 단, 다음의 정보는 명시한 기간 동안 보존됩니다.
- 회원 정보: 회원 탈퇴 시까지 (탈퇴 후 부정 이용 방지를 위해 최대 30일간 보관 후 파기)
- 전자상거래 등에서의 소비자 보호에 관한 법률에 따른 보존: 계약·청약철회 5년, 대금결제·재화공급 5년, 소비자 불만·분쟁처리 3년
- 통신비밀보호법에 따른 접속 기록: 3개월
4. 개인정보의 제3자 제공
회사는 이용자의 개인정보를 본 방침에 명시한 목적 범위 내에서만 처리하며, 이용자의 사전 동의 없이는 본래의 목적 범위를 초과하여 처리하거나 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 단, 다음의 경우는 예외로 합니다.

7. 개인정보의 파기
보유 기간이 경과하거나 처리 목적이 달성된 개인정보는 지체 없이 파기합니다. 전자적 파일 형태의 정보는 복구 및 재생할 수 없는 방법으로 영구 삭제하며, 종이에 출력된 정보는 분쇄하거나 소각합니다.
8. 안전성 확보 조치
- 비밀번호의 단방향 암호화(bcrypt) 저장
- 전송 구간 HTTPS(TLS) 암호화
- 접근 권한 최소화 및 접속 기록 보관
- 주기적인 보안 점검 및 취약점 점검
9. 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보
회사는 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 수집하지 않으며, 회원가입을 허용하지 않습니다.

This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when you use the NUUDEL mobile application and related websites (the "Service").

3. Retention Period
We delete personal information without delay once the purpose of collection has been achieved. The following data is retained for the periods specified below:
- Member information: until account deletion (retained up to 30 days after withdrawal to prevent fraud)
- Records required by the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce: contracts/withdrawal — 5 years; payments/supply — 5 years; complaints/disputes — 3 years
- Access logs under the Protection of Communications Secrets Act: 3 months
4. Sharing with Third Parties
We do not share your personal information with third parties beyond the purposes stated in this Policy, except when:
- You have given prior consent
- Required by law or by lawful request from investigative authorities

Personal information is permanently destroyed once its retention period has expired or the purpose of processing has been achieved. Electronic data is irreversibly deleted, and any printed records are shredded or incinerated.

9. Children Under 14
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 14, and registration is not permitted for users under that age.
