계정 삭제 요청

NUUDEL 앱을 더 이상 사용하지 않으신다면 계정과 관련된 개인정보를 삭제하실 수 있습니다. 가장 빠른 방법은 앱 내에서 직접 탈퇴하는 것이며, 앱에 접근할 수 없는 경우 아래 폼으로 요청해 주세요.

계정을 삭제하면 되돌릴 수 없습니다. 작성하신 게시물, 채팅 내역, 거래 내역 등이 영구적으로 삭제됩니다.

앱에서 직접 탈퇴하기 (권장)

NUUDEL 앱 실행
하단 메뉴에서 "마이" 탭 선택
설정 → 계정 → 회원 탈퇴
안내에 따라 확인 후 탈퇴 완료

삭제되는 데이터

프로필 정보 (이메일, 휴대전화번호, 닉네임, 프로필 사진, 국적 등)
게시물, 댓글, 좋아요 등 활동 기록
채팅방 및 채팅 메시지
중고거래, 알바, 부동산 등록 내역
FCM 푸시 알림 토큰 및 알림 수신 기록

일부 보관되는 데이터

아래 항목은 관련 법령에 따라 명시된 기간 동안 안전하게 별도 보관 후 파기됩니다.

부정 이용 방지를 위한 최소 식별 정보: 탈퇴 후 최대 30일
전자상거래법에 따른 계약·청약철회·결제 기록: 5년
소비자 불만 또는 분쟁 처리 기록: 3년
통신비밀보호법에 따른 접속 로그: 3개월

처리 기간

요청 접수 후 영업일 기준 최대 7일 이내에 처리해 드립니다. 처리 완료 시 입력하신 이메일로 안내 메일을 발송합니다.

아래 정보를 입력하시면 기본 메일 앱이 열리며, 운영팀(dydwn3243@gmail.com)으로 요청이 발송됩니다.

Account Deletion Request

If you no longer want to use NUUDEL, you can permanently delete your account and the personal data associated with it. The fastest way is to delete your account directly from the app. If you can't access the app, you can submit a request below.

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Your posts, chat history, listings, and other activity will be permanently removed.

Delete from the app (Recommended)

Open the NUUDEL app
Go to the "My" tab in the bottom navigation
Tap Settings → Account → Delete Account
Follow the prompts to confirm

Data that will be deleted

Profile information (email, phone number, nickname, profile photo, nationality, etc.)
Posts, comments, likes, and other activity records
Chat rooms and chat messages
Marketplace, job, and housing listings
FCM push notification tokens and delivery records

Data that may be retained

The following items are retained for the periods specified by applicable law and securely destroyed afterwards.

Minimum identifiers to prevent fraudulent re-registration: up to 30 days after deletion
Records of contracts, withdrawals, and payments (E-Commerce Consumer Protection Act): 5 years
Records of consumer complaints or disputes: 3 years
Access logs (Protection of Communications Secrets Act): 3 months

Processing time

Requests are processed within 7 business days. We will send a confirmation email to the address you provide once your account has been deleted.
